About

The world walkers have a long and interesting history that I'm looking forward to exploring, but they are not the only characters I am interested in. Other races live on the thirty-four worlds that the world walkers can explore, so I won't to explore the lives of at least a few of them, and many of them have some form of magic. During the years the different magics have evolved, which means that some of the old magics, including world creation, have faded and other have become more normal. Rule number one of being a world walker: don't get involved.

Some worlds were created and then lost their link to the world of the world walkers, and these are worlds I also plan on exploring. At the moment there are three known worlds like this, but I may later find other worlds.

>>Rule number one of being a world walker: don't get involved.<<

This immediately made me think of two things:

1) Anthropologists who dismiss their peers who have "gone native" ... but that's the only way anyone can really understand another culture, by joining it.

2) The Prime Directive, which got violated in more episodes than it was ever followed.
