Prompts day went well for me. Six stories were written, one of which was 2500 words thanks to a donation from a friend. :) However my editing abilities failed badly, so ysabetwordsmith found ten typos and received the chance to choose whether she wanted to adopt a character, have stories written based on her prompts, have bonus material posted, or get a mix of all three. Unsurprisingly she went for a mix of all three, which are for the Donor House collection. (I think she likes it.) Two pieces of bonus material will be going up - one is an unfinished timeline for the Donor House that will be edited as more characters and points in history are added; the second is a short piece on vampire's eating and drinking habits, as Issac was drinking whiskey. She's also given me three prompts to work on and has adopted Morgan for five months.

meeks chose to adopt Aurora after winning August's surprise prize, which now won't be as much of a surprise as it was for her because now people know it exists. I hope it was a nice surprise. She also prompted me towards the end of my prompts day, which means that I got five prompts and one piece of bonus material will be posted. It will be on the magic of Aurora's world.

Also, because I received a £6 donation one more free story will be posted this month. I emailed my donor and asked her what she'd like to see and she chose, unsurprisingly to me, Introducing Amber, which will be going up sometime next week. I've got to edit my sponsorable stories list because I have some that are ready for sponsorship that I haven't posted, so I'll probably do that either tonight or tomorrow. Once that's done I'm going to focus on writing as much as possible while my partner is in Russia. He'll be gone for another fifteen days so I should be able to get a lot done. :) First thing on the list is the two first month's adoption stories, then ysabetwordsmith's prompts, then unico_love's prompt as she won the signal boosters story, and then I have some things I want to write.

On Saturday I'm planning on spending the day, hopefully, working on prompted stories. At the moment there are so many things that I want to write that I find it hard to focus, so the plan is to try to get some of the people who have added one of my writing accounts involved in what I'm doing. I will write 500 words on every prompt that I get which will be posted on my writing account and sent to the prompted, probably as a PDF. If anyone wants more words on any of the stories then each additional 500 words will be £1.50, up to a limit of £12.00 for 4000 words. You can choose a specific story or I will pick a story to carry on if you don't want to choose.

The sorts of prompts I'm looking for are character prompts, eg. a story with Autumn and Tamara; collection prompts; or even single word prompts, eg. hope, tea, snuggling.

If I get ten prompts then I will post one piece of bonus material and this does include multiple prompts from one person, so if someone gives me two prompts then we will only need eight more. If I get 20 prompts there will be two piece of bonus material, and this will continue up to fifty prompts.

This is basically to get more free to read stories on my writing account so I'm not planning for huge amounts of money, but normal donor perks will be available and if I get more than £50 then I will think of a special donor perk for those who donated.
